Q. A.	Where do I enter information for my domain registration? After the payment is cleared, we will send you a domain registration form that you will need to complete and send to us. After we receive the form, the domain will be setup shortly.

Q. A.	Do you have any restriction on the type of websites you can host? Examples of non-acceptable websites are:Pirated software or MP3 files, Hackers programs or archives, Warez Sites, Porn, Spamming Software.

Q. A.	What version of Office does Typing Made EZ work on? Currently we are only supporting Office 2003.
Q. A.	What is the difference between the CD and FTP version? The CD version has all the product information on the CD. Using the FTP version, you can download the same product from our FTP server.
Q. A.	I have some issues with the product, how do I get help? You can send us an email at support@datatechnologyllc.com . We will respond within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).
Q. A.	If I buy the CD, can I still have access to the FTP version? Yes you may be able to get access information by sending an email at support@datatechnologyllc.com .
Q. A.	Can I submit revisions to your acronyms list? After you buy the product, you will have automatic access to our member section of the website. You can then use Submit Revisions page to request changes. If we have multiple requests on the same acronym, we will revise our next product release.
Q. A.	Is it possible to go back to the original list of Autocorrect entries? You may have to uninstall Office to achieve this result.
